We want you to love what you ordered, but if something isn't right, let us know. We do not want you to keep an item that will not serve. No fashion waste is our mission!
HOW?
All returns must be authorized by filling out a return request and must be requested within seven (7) days of receiving your order and sent back within thirty (30) days of receiving your order.

What's eligible for return?
Pre-Cycle- You can return any full price NEW item that's in its original condition (tag on, unwashed and unworn).
- All swimwear and undergarment must have the original price tags and hygienic liner intact.
- We do not accept returns on soothers and teethers.
- Sale items, either marked down during a sale or purchased using a discount code, will be noted as "FINAL SALE" are are not eligible for return or exchange.

Do you pay for returns shipping costs?
Yes. All Canada and US returns are on us!
We ask from all our customers to be mindful of carbon footprint and to only order what they need and do returns on items that would not be used otherwise. If you are not sure about a colour, a fabric, a size, please contact us so we can assist and make sure the right items are ordered the first time around.
To alleviate carbon footprint, we always welcome customers to include preloved pieces they would like to sell to us in their return package. Please simply ensure to have your pieces pre-approved and to separate them from the regular return in your parcel to us.
Can I exchange?

What should I do if my item is defective or if items are missing in my package?
Please send us an email with pictures of the issues at support@mini-cycle.com within seven (7) days of receiving your items. We are happy to assist with any issues you might encounter.How long will it take to get a refund?
All refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of merchandise and credited back using your original form of payment. If you paid with a gift card, the refund will be applied to the same gift card.
